Here is the definition of what this is, from Wikipedia:
"Bumbo is also the name of a child development device. Designed like seat and able to be used after the baby has control of their head muscles (generally after 3 months) the chair supports the child and enables them to sit upright."
Debbie loves it and has been using it in the kitchen, on the counter, which is where this picture was taken.
And yes, I put it on my head. Almost broke my nose but I think this is on par with the gorilla puppet/mullet picture that still lives on my mother-in-law's cell phone.
